Last week the wild cherry blossoms graced the landscape and against the vibrant, green maple leaves and blue sky, it was an amazing sight. I walked around marveling at how a fresh start to the season looks - all things new and uplifting. :D
How great it is that each day is new to us...a chance to start over if we have gotten off track. A time to branch out in different directions. It's AMAZING when you find the right path. I'm on it now and my whole world is changing for the better. I was stuck with permanent carpal tunnel years ago and that stopped my community life cold. But the Lord has found a way to make me useful again by my becoming published ,and he has found a way I can do it with the debilitating, scar tissued carpal tunnel. :D Praise the Lord!!! I had prayed to Him again and again asking Him to give me one more chance. He listened, even though it took years but I can see now I was in training. Thank you, Lord!!! You have shown me wonderful things.
I hope my future success shows others with physical problems that has them stuck that HOPE is out there and that the resources lie within them...just ask God for guidance. :D Everyone has hidden talents begging to be explored. I believe in God more than ever and look forward to my future books. :D I pray others will find their passions so they can move on also. Physical problems rob our self-esteem and bury us in an emotional avalanche. It takes faith to pull ourselves out to see our new spring. Love, JJ

I love cherry blossoms. They are so pretty. I'm sending up a prayer for healing for your carpal tunnel. I'm glad He has opened another door for your creativity but I still pray you will be back to your old self. Remember HE always has the last word. ;-)
Thank you, 2sweetnsaxy. :D I never would have paid attention to nature so much if I wasn't having more time to notice the view because I wasn't working, so I see the great blessing that. :D
Your prayers are appreciated.
Hugs, JJ
Hope you are doing well...
I have tagged you on my blog, come and see!
JJ awesome post, you have such an insprirational blog, and your images are beautiful.
Hi JJ- I'm loving your photographs. Got your comment and questions- send me an e-mail (there's a link at my blog) and we can chat. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "crisp up" but we can chat so I can understand better. Most of my landscape images are taken with the kit lens. With my XTI, I never use the "creative" modes, I'm always over on P T A or M depending on what type of image I'm taking. I think your shots here look great, I love the saturated colors.
Tom

You're adorable, JJ. Reading your blog always makes me smile.
Angel, I am used to my carpal tunnel, although I wish I could do more every second. Thanks for the tag!!! I'll visit today. :D
Bob, thank you. :D You're a great blogger friend and I am glad you come to visit.
Tom, thank you!!! I will email you because I do have questions. I will send you a sample photo of what I'm not happy with.
Glad you are enjoying my images. I'm snapping away!!!
Lana, thank you, hon. I am almost ready to send my first project in. :D

Lovely photos JJ. Your words remind me of 'Shraddha' the unshakeable constant faith in the truth of things.
JJ:
YOu have written worldly words of wisdom JJ. And your example will show people how to live well no matter what their problems. Like you, they just have to have faith and old fashioned gumption.
When your site first popped up on my screen I was immediately struck by the brilliant colors of your beautiful pictures. You have really developed what it takes to produce a memorable photograph.
We all wish to find that certain thing we are destined to do - that which will calm our inner yearning - but I believe very few of us will actually find it. Living seems to get in our way.
Happy trails.
I commented here yesterday but today it has disappeared. Oh dear.
Anyway, you well deserve all the good things God is sending your way.
Swahilya, thank you, dear friend. :D I love the concept of Shradda. :D I am blest to know you.
Swubird, my life took such a drastic turn years ago, and I have since experienced pain that has made me more spiritual. That brought me a deeper understanding of God and also the new path I'm on. :D
Thank you, you're the best!!! I pray your words are right and others who are hurting find their true paths in life...so they can have moments where they don't have to focus on what trials they have.
Suzanne, I have no idea where the post disappeared to??? But your support means the world to me. You know me as a writer and friend and you believe in me. :D I adore your writing and believe in your work also. It ROCKS!!!
Big Hugs, JJ
My dear...this is a wonderful and uplifting post! Thank you. As for the Cherry trees...aren't they beautiful? We don't have wild ones here but, I planted one 5 years ago...and it hasn't failed me yet...beautiful flowering shows year after year and wonderful abundant fruit to boot.
Your shots are great...very vibrant and full of life. Now all I have to do is figure out how to go outside and not get eaten alive by black flies and deer flies. I am covered in welts!

JD, Jeff laughs because I head outside in the heat with bluejeans and a hooded sweatshirt, the hood pulled tightly around my face. I spray the hood and the tops of my hands and pray the bugs won't crawl up my pantlegs but I wear heavy, long socks just in case. It is a challenge snapping pics this time of year. Just watched a PBS show on black flies and that didn't help any hearing how they cut your skin for the bite. Close up black flies are mean looking critters.
Glad you enjoyed the post. :D
Hugs, JJ
